Comprehensive PD activities to develop social competence in the company have been in place for many years. This is fixed as a qualitative goal in the goal agreement process.



Better measurability of soft skills in future to support this company goal.


Preliminary survey with key figures aimed at performance-oriented management instruments.
Main survey done via questionnaires in which soft skills are made quantifiable.

Excerpt from the results:


Insights that are gained collectively influence the conception of future personnel development.
Result-relevant criteria are drawn up before each future activity. Soft skills influence company success if each PD activity is planned "backwards," i.e. starting with the required company result.
